Weekend reading

The leaves are starting to turn yellow and soon they'll fall, but it's still hot and humid in my neck of the woods. I'm hoping cooler weather arrives soon.  Whatever you do this weekend, I hope you enjoy yourself.  See you next week!

  1. Love this weekly post Rhonda and always look forward to it. Thank you for taking the time. Spring is right around the corner here, though we had a little set-back today with 30 cm of snow, no doubt the last snowfall this season. Wish you both a lovely weekend. Pam

    1. That's good. I wish I could go to a coupe of the talks as well but I'm writing another book at the moment and have a very tight deadline. I'm sure you'll get a lot from it. Say hello to everyone from me. xx

  4. I too am looking forward to some cooler weather. I love summer, but a change would be good. Thanks for sourcing this list, the article on what they do to food is very interesting. Since moving to the country it is nice to buy fresh produce from farmers markets and farm gate stalls for what is in season. It tastes better and definitely lasts longer than supermarket fruit and veg.

  6. I am looking forward to reading this weekend's articles, Rhonda. The first one was making dish washing easier. I would like to say I could do this; but being in California, I can't. We don't waste water and have about one year left in our reservoirs. I use a low water dishwasher that I only put on when full. How things have changed; and not for the better, either. I hope things cool down for you. Enjoy your weekend.

  9. Thank you Rhonda for sharing the link to Jason's talks. You are right - they will be unique, honest and inspiring. Jason has spoken to me about how important he thinks your message is. He will be pleased that someone he admires is helping to promote his talks. thank you. x
