Slow down with Slow

Slow magazine winter edition is out now so if you're looking for a decent read this weekend, see if you can find it at your local newsagent. If they don't have it, ask them to get it in for you. There is a preview of it here on Facebook and yes, that is my article An inconvenient truth about convenience food. So get yourself a cup of tea, find a place in the sun and slow down with Slow. I hope you enjoy it.

  2. Rhonda, I will have to have a look at the newsagent. I don't know about 'finding a place in the sun' as it is wet and miserable here at the moment while that rain band moves east. I will probably be able to find some tomorrow. Have a great weekend.

  3. Thank you for this Rhonda, I will check the local newsagent and see if they have a copy. Like Nanna Chel, there is no sunshine here today...cold, bit of rain and 16C!

    Have a lovely slow weekend,

  5. I found it on itunes for $3.79 & thought worth a look. Some publications are not good on a tablet or ipad.
This one is so good. I bought the edition prior to one you are in & it is so interesting - no flipping pages just all reading matter. Next issue that you are in is available for download tomorrow, looking forward to it.
You must feel so good that people are listening to you! Sometimes (well often) I mention the additives in food, many people take notice others I am sure think I am a nutter!.Was most impressed last week I bought a tomato relish made by Anathoth Farm - a NZ company, and it has 9 ingredients and no number this & that for preservatives.Hopefully more companies will listen.
