I think you'll agree that the images and ideas presented there are age-appropriate, endearing and very different to the sadly sexualised photographs and topics often in magazines for young girls. A subscription or one Bella mag would make an excellent Christmas gift for the young girls in your life. ReplyDeleteThank you for your blog. I've been a homemaker for 22 years. Now my youngest is in high school, and I pondered my role from August until November. Then I decided to continue to be a homemaker. I would love to say I don't care what people think, and while that's partially true, I also need support. After all, we are all cultural creatures. It's great to read this blog and nod my head in agreement! I could work as a teacher or a computer programmer, but what a loss that would be for my husband and my home. I love your ideas about homemakers pacing themselves. God bless. -- Linda
