Jamie wanted to add his own Christmas tree to the decorations this morning, so now, this is what greets our visitors right at the front door. Beautiful, simple, perfect.
Warmest wishes to you and yours this Christmas Rhonda. I hope your break is restorative, and look forward to joining in with the Simple Home conversations in 2018 :-)
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Thank you so much for your blog, I read it every time you post and have learned a great deal. Best wishes for a glorious 2018!
Very simple tree, Rhonda. Good on Jamie. Have a wonderful Christmas. It will be fairly sizzling even here tomorrow so I hope you have a nice cool spot to relax.
Love the Christmas tree, well done Jamie! Merry Christmas to you & your family Rhonda. Look forward to reading your posts again in the new year. πππ
What a lovely tree, I'm sure it will be treasured for a long time. My children are in their early twenties and on my tree are decorations they made in kindergarten. Well done Jamie and Merry Christmas to you Rhonda and your family. Your blog iis much appreciated and valued , thank you! Lisa J. Tasmania.
Yes just right! Christmas joy and blessings to you and your family Rhonda. Thank you for your writing this year and past years. It is a treasure trove of nurturing wisdom that has been a gift for me and many others.
Have a very happy Christmas. Please tell Jamie that I love his tree. I"m sure that it will make appearances for years to come. Our tree is still adorned by decorations made by our boys over 40 years ago. They pretend to be mortified by their presence now but if one is missing it is noticed. Some of them have had several repairs over the years! All the best to you and all the family, including Gracie, for 2018. Sue
Jamie's tree, the perfect addition to your Christmas festivities. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Thank you for sharing your life with so many. It is truly amazing to be able to see and read about a persons life half way around the world from my home.
Love Jamie´s Christmas tree! Is that a white Agapanthus next to it? We had drifts of blue Agapanthus in our garden when we lived in Sydney. Now I have some winter sleeping in our greenhouse with -5C outside. Wishing you and your wonderful family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Ramona Uppsala/Sweden
Speaking of lovely, thank you for your delicious basic muffins recipe in your Down to Earth book. I made choc chip muffins for my daughter’s birthday on 23 December and as always they turned out perfectly. I’m not a very good cook, but with your help I made her day.
I hope you and your family enjoy the celebrations over the festive period.
