I folded that in half and sewed a seam down it. and it turn it inside out . This is the handle. The rest of the towel I folded in half then I stitched a seam down both sides. Turn it inside out . Sewed the handle on it and there you have a nice bag. Because you didn't cut the top it is aready hemed.
