It's always s big part of my planning if we go away. We probably only treat ourselves to one restaurant dinner per week, as a family of 5, when away. Meal planning is a necessity! <br />I recently went camping over Easter, we managed never to leave the campsite! We had the MOST DELICIOUS dinners over the campfire. It was a mish mash of potatoes, carrots, corn, onion, garlic, Olive oil, wrapped tightly in foil, then literally thrown over the coals. Combine that with some steak, cooked over the fire. My girlfriend and all our children, were in food heaven! And, we saved a great chunk of money not eating out!
